First there was noise

Then words

And, finally, silence

I could know my own heart

When my personality was shushed

The voice of silence

Could, now, reach me

I found peace,

Kindness

I could not hurt anyone

And I was in tuned with greatness

I had no desires,

No emotions

And an energy began to grow

I was silence

Connected to nature,

And people and beyond

I was light expanding

I was the certainty

I was walking the path to truth
